It's not every day that you're tasked with collaborating on a renovation of a church. Yes, a church! Over a large portion of 2017, we worked with a team to give this catholic church one of the biggest facelifts it's ever gotten. Built in the 60's, it was a pretty modern building that hadn't been painted since it was built. True to the modernism of it's time, it lacked a lot of detail. When it came time to source new colors, we were challenged with created a brighter and more sleek space, while finding ways to add depth. We did this by layering variations of neutrals colors throughout. Something you might not even notice without looking.

A few weeks ago, we got to go back and decorate one of our favorite projects for the holidays. I'm not sure the pictures really show you just how magical this place will be on Christmas morning, but they come about as close as possible. The decor is very classic Christmas, and a 12' tree in the double story windows is just icing on the cake. This is just part one of the reveal, which is the main room. We're revisiting a project we finished in 2015, because it never really got a proper reveal. And if any project deserves a proper unveiling, it's this one. Nothing says luxury like this dreamy master bathroom haven. The gray and white marble gives it a high-end feel, while the light lilac color keeps it a little softer. It comes complete with rain showerhead, body sprayers, deep soaking tub and a custom vanity. When paired with this amazing walk-in closet, it's a picture perfect master suite.

We previously tackled the inside of this lake front property, so this past spring, we went outside and assisted in the development of a larger deck and patio, complete with built-in fire pit, exterior lighting and outdoor furniture to accommodate various entertaining needs.
